This guide covers all five SodaSlim ingredients in one place, with the printed dose, what it is, what the research looks like and what to watch for. It is written for people meeting these ingredients for the first time.
- Five ingredients plus a vegetable capsule shell
- Standardization percentages are printed on the label
- Doses: four at 130 mg and caffeine at 138 mg
- The evidence is strongest for caffeine and weakest for raspberry ketone
The complete panel in one view
Flip the bottle over and the panel is short: five active lines and one other ingredient. Green Coffee Bean Extract (from Coffea robusta seed, 50% chlorogenic acids), Raspberry Ketone, Garcinia Extract (from Garcinia cambogia fruit, 50% HCA), Caffeine Anhydrous and Green Tea Extract (from Camellia sinensis leaf, 98% polyphenols, 75% catechins, 45% EGCG, under 3% caffeine). Four of the doses are 130 mg; caffeine is 138 mg.
Add them up and you get 658 mg per capsule. No total appears on the panel itself, so treat that figure as simple arithmetic from the printed lines. The %DV column reads "not established" for every ingredient, which is normal for botanicals and means there is no official daily reference amount to compare against.
Green Coffee Bean Extract, 130 mg
Green Coffee Bean Extract (130 mg per capsule) comes from unroasted Coffea robusta seed and is standardized to 50% chlorogenic acids, which works out to roughly 65 mg of chlorogenic acids if the percentage applies to the full 130 mg. Chlorogenic acids are the plant compounds researchers have studied for effects on glucose handling and body weight. PubMed search · Wikipedia
Honest context: the human trials on green coffee extract are mostly small and short, and several used doses and extracts different from this one. Results have been modest at best, and reviewers often point to study quality rather than size of effect. It is a reasonable ingredient to include, not a proven fat burner.

| Ingredient | Dose | Standardization | Evidence in people |
|---|---|---|---|
| Green Coffee Bean Extract | 130 mg | 50% chlorogenic acids (about 65 mg) | Small, short trials; modest at best |
| Raspberry Ketone | 130 mg | None printed | Mostly lab and animal data; very thin in people |
| Garcinia Extract | 130 mg | 50% HCA (about 65 mg) | Mixed; small short-term differences; rare liver reports |
| Caffeine Anhydrous | 138 mg | Pure caffeine | Real short-term effect on alertness and energy use |
| Green Tea Extract | 130 mg | 45% EGCG (about 58 mg), under 3% caffeine | Modest and mixed; rare liver reports with concentrated extracts |
The five printed doses add up to 658 mg. Percent-based amounts are simple arithmetic from the printed percentages. The evidence column is a plain summary, not a claim about the finished product.
Raspberry Ketone, 130 mg
Raspberry Ketone (130 mg per capsule) is the aromatic compound that gives red raspberries their scent. It became popular after laboratory and animal studies suggested it might influence fat metabolism, but good human trials of raspberry ketone on its own are very limited. PubMed search · Wikipedia
That gap matters. A mechanism that works in cells or rodents does not automatically carry over to people, and the amount of ketone in a capsule is far lower than the amount in a raspberry-based diet would suggest. We include it in the guide because it is on the label, not because the evidence is strong.

Garcinia Extract, 130 mg
Garcinia Extract is the ingredient most closely tied to the "appetite support" claim on the label. It is standardized to 50% HCA, giving about 65 mg per capsule. Researchers have looked at HCA for its possible effect on satiety and on how the body stores fat. See the trial literature and the plant reference page.
The honest summary of that literature is mixed: some trials show a slight edge over placebo, others show none, and the typical size of any difference is small. It is best seen as one possible piece of a routine rather than a driver of results.

Caffeine Anhydrous, 138 mg
Caffeine Anhydrous (138 mg per capsule) is the most noticeable ingredient on the panel. It is a concentrated, dehydrated form of caffeine, and 138 mg is somewhat more than a typical 8 oz cup of brewed coffee, which commonly contains around 95 mg. The FDA says up to 400 mg a day is generally not associated with negative effects for most healthy adults, but individual sensitivity varies a lot. FDA guidance · Mayo Clinic
Because the label also lists green tea extract with under 3% caffeine, and robusta green coffee beans contain some caffeine too, a capsule can deliver slightly more than 138 mg in total. If you already drink coffee, energy drinks or take pre-workout, add it all up before starting.

Green Tea Extract, 130 mg
Green Tea Extract (130 mg per capsule) is taken from Camellia sinensis leaf and standardized to 98% polyphenols, 75% catechins and 45% EGCG, with under 3% caffeine. Applying those percentages to 130 mg gives roughly 58 mg of EGCG per capsule and under 4 mg of caffeine. EGCG is the catechin most often studied for metabolism and antioxidant effects. NIH NCCIH on green tea · EGCG reference
Evidence for green tea extract and weight is modest, with most analyses finding little or no meaningful effect on its own. NCCIH also notes that concentrated green tea extract supplements have been linked to liver problems in rare cases, mostly at higher doses, which is worth knowing even though one capsule here is a modest amount.

The capsule shell
The only other ingredient on the label is Hypromellose, a plant-derived material used for vegetable capsules. It is a common, widely used capsule shell, and it is the reason the capsule is not made from gelatin. (reference page)
If you avoid animal products, that is a helpful detail, but check the panel on your own bottle for any allergen statements.
